Winter is a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICPⓇ). He has contributed to Forbes, Fortune.com, Money.com, and recently published his first book, Seven Steps to Retirement Success: The Only Guide You Need to the Most Important Transition of Your Life.
Winter is a featured speaker at numerous federal government agencies and actively leads over 50 retirement seminars per year covering a range of topics from Social Security to Federal Pensions. He has been featured as the financial guest on WUSA9’s, Great Day Washington. He is the host of, “About Federal Benefits” on the DC station, WMAL 105.9, which airs every Saturday at 12 Noon.
Winter received a liberal arts degree from Anderson University before earning a master’s degree from Florida State University. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Corrie, their two boys, Braxton and Camden, and the family dog, Max.
